Postdocs and PhD candidates
Short CV:
Andreas Buser is a research fellow at Freie Universität Berlin where he teaches courses in international (economic) law, constitutional law and administrative law. In his PhD thesis he focused on the impact of emerging powers on international trade and investment law. His research interests more broadly include constitutional law and climate change, human rights, international economic law, and Third World Approaches to International Law. Andreas Buser is a fully qualified lawyer. During his Referendariat he inter alia worked for the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy, the European Centre for Constitutional Rights and the Berlin office of ClientEarth. |
