Postdocs and PhD candidates
Short CV:
Lukas Willmer is a PhD candidate with the Berlin-Potsdam Research Group “The International Rule of Law – Rise or Decline?”. He studied law at King’s College London and Humboldt-University Berlin where he passed the first legal state examination in 2018. During his studies, he specialized in Public International and European Law, participated in the Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court and interned at the Codification Division of the UN Office of Legal Affairs in New York. He has previously worked as a student assistant at the Research Group and as a research assistant at law firm Redeker Sellner Dahs in Berlin.
