Postdocs and PhD candidates
Short CV:
Dr. Dana Burchardt is a research fellow at Humboldt University Berlin in the context of the Berlin Potsdam Research Group “International Rule of Law – Rise or Decline?”. She has been an assistant professor at the China University of Political Science and Law and a research fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law in Heidelberg. She received her doctorate from the Freie Universität Berlin. She has studied law in Potsdam and Paris and has completed her first and second State Exam as well as a maîtrise en droit. Her current research interests include international law, legal theory and European constitutional law. |
