Short CV:

Julian Kulaga is a research and teaching assistant at the Chair for Public Law and Public International Law at Humboldt University of Berlin (Prof. Dr. Georg Nolte), and a PhD Candidate. He holds an LL.B. in English Law and German Law from King’s College London (2015) and obtained the German "first state examination" in 2016, following his studies at Humboldt University of Berlin. From 2015-2016, he worked as a student assistant at the Berlin Potsdam research group “The International Rule of Law - Rise or Decline?”.
