Short CV:

Akbar Rasulov is a Professor of International Law and the subject area director for international law at the University of Glasgow.
In addition to Glasgow, he has also taught as a visiting professor at the School of Oriental and African Studies (London), the Tashkent State University of Law, the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (Tashkent), the University of Leuphana (Lüneburg), and the Sciences Po Law School (Paris).

Professor Rasulov received his PhD in Law from the University of Hull (UK). Prior to that, he completed his basic legal training at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, where he graduated summa cum laude. He then obtained an LLM in International Human Rights Law with distinction from the University of Essex (UK). He also holds an LLM from Harvard Law School (US).

He passed his Uzbek bar exam in 2003.
