News Events funding by Information on the funding programme	News KFG welcomes new senior fellows: Congyan Cai and Thilo Marauhn In April 2016, Prof. Congyan Cai and Prof. Thilo Marauhn joined the Kolleg-Forschungsgruppe as new senior fellows. Congyan Cai is professor of public international law and international investment law at Xiamen University School of Law, China. Thilo Marauhn is professor of public law and international law at Justus Liebig University Giessen, Germany, and head of the newly established International Law Research Group of the Peace Research Institute Frankfurt.
